As we get older, our bodies change. Aches, pains, reduced mobility – sound familiar? Between the ages of 50 and 70, we lose 30% of our muscle strength. And every year, one in three people over the age of 65 suffer a fall.

But strengthening your muscles, and improving your flexibility, coordination and balance, can all make a huge difference – reducing your pain, improving your sleep, and helping you to rediscover your independence.

If you have an injury, we’ll conduct a thorough assessment and create a tailor-made treatment plan for you. We use a range of techniques, including massage, targeted stretches, strengthening and mobilisation work.
