Our classes are a great, sociable way to improve movement, posture and mobility, keep aches and pains at bay, and maintain your physical independence.
Exercise Classes
Our exercise classes run every Tuesday and Wednesday on line. These classes are designed for anyone with a long term musculoskeletal condition – perhaps long term back pain, osteoporosis, osteoarthritis amongst others. They focus on reducing and preventing pain, and increasing the range of movement and strength in your body.
Suitable for all mobility levels, it’s a gentle class – but very effective.
Older Person Classes
Our older person exercise classes run every Wednesday morning at The Globe at Town Close in Stokesley. It’s the perfect way to improve balance, posture, and mobility – gently easing aches and pains and promoting a stronger body.
1-2-1 Movement Sessions
We are very fortunate to have movement specialist, Angie Stirland, as an extension of our team.
Her dynamic Stirland Approach™ focuses on movement and skeletal mechanics. It can be the perfect next step on your physio journey, a tool to improve your joint range, musculoskeletal efficiency and pain management, a dynamic way to improve your athletic performance – or simply a fantastic form of exercise.
Angie’s bespoke 1-2-1 sessions take place on Wednesdays at our Northallerton clinic.
